Who operates Home Hero

Home Hero is a product of Starcher Organization LLC. These terms apply to the Home Hero mobile app, hellohomehero.com, and related content and support services.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding your sign-in credentials, and activity under your account. Do not misuse Home Hero, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful or harmful material, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.

Maintenance guidance and safety

Home Hero provides general planning and educational information. It does not replace emergency services, manufacturer instructions, warranties, permits, inspections, building codes, or advice from a licensed professional. Conditions vary by home. Stop when work is unsafe or beyond your training, tools, or authorization.

Suggestions, reminders, and third-party content

Starter plans, AI-assisted suggestions, schedules, reminders, guides, videos, and links may be incomplete or unsuitable for a particular home. You remain responsible for checking applicable instructions and deciding whether to act. Third-party services and content are governed by their own terms and policies.

Your content

You retain ownership of notes, photos, documents, and other content you add. You grant Starcher Organization LLC a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support Home Hero.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms as Home Hero evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date or an in-product notice when appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Home Hero is provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every home. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starcher Organization LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on maintenance guidance, missed reminders, third-party content, or conditions outside our control.
